The Beverage Offering.

We, the barkeepers of The Amendment, in Order to form a more perfect beverage program, establish standards, ensure domestic joviality, provide for the common cocktail, promote the general Imbibe, and secure the Blessings of finer Spirits to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Beverage Offering for The Amendment.

Whiskey is the heart of the house, and the Spirit Guide runs to well over a hundred bottles. The cocktails draw on everything: gin, rum, tequila, mezcal, cognac. Tell your bartender about allergies; most drinks can be made lighter, spirit-free or stronger.

While we appreciate all things beverage, The Amendment focuses on brown spirits; specifically, whiskey in all forms, from all places. Everything listed here is offered by the single ounce, and suggested neat, on the rock, or stirred into your favorite cocktail.

Five sections: Bourbon & Whiskey, Rye, Scotch, Other Whisk(e)y, and Rare & Exclusive.

Food is served on Sundays only, during live music, from our sister kitchen Basil & Mint Vietnamese Cafe next door. The menu changes weekly; ask your server what’s cooking.
